Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used shampoo bars
  • Opened personal care products
  • Change of mind
  • Allergic reactions (please check ingredients before purchase)

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
